DIAS is looking for two friendly, efficient, and adaptable part-time administrators to manage our enquiry line and provide administrative support.
The enquiry line is open 10am-3pm Monday to Friday, you will be responding to phone and email enquiries and requests for support. A range of people contact the service and it is very busy so skills in customer service and inputting data to recording systems will be an advantage. The role is interesting and diverse and we will provide ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
The roles will be for a minimum of 22 hours per week worked over five days covering enquiry line hours. Initially it will be office based but there may be scope for some home-based working.
Closing date is May 2nd 2022.
